Jakub Eberle: member of Executive Committee of the International Association for the Study of German Politics
Jakub Eberle, IIR Researcher, was elected to the Executive Committee of the International Association for the Study of German Politics (IASGP).
IASGP brings together European and North American scholars and promotes the study and teaching of German politics, economics and society. The Association organises conferences, workshops and study trips and facilitates cooperation between established and young academics. In cooperation with Taylor and Francis, the IASGP publishes the journal German Politics.
Jakub Eberle is a senior researcher and member of the Board of the Institute of International Relations. He also works at Charles University and currently is a visiting lecturer at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. His latest article 'Desire as Geopolitics: Reading The Glass Room as Central European Fantasy' was published by the prestigious academic journal International Political Sociology. Last year, he was awarded the British International Studies Association's Michael Nicholson Thesis Prize.
