Karl Deutsch Colloquium in Prague 2012

The Institute of International Relations Prague (IIR), Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung (WZB) and Charles University in Prague with the support of the German-Czech Future Fund and the Embassy of the United States, Prague organized Karl Deutsch Colloquium in Prague.

The aim of the Colloquium is to remember Karl Deutsch, one of the most prominent American political scientists of the 20th century, who was born into a German family in Prague and spent his formative years in inter-war Czechoslovakia.

The colloquium took place
on Wednesday 6th June 2012 in Vlastenecký sál, Carolinum (Charles University's Formal Halls), Ovocný trh 3/5, Prague 1, from 15:00 to 18:00 and on Thursday 7th June 2012 in the Institute of International Relations Prague, Nerudova 3, Prague 1, from 10:00 to 13:30.
