Alice Nováková Associate Researcher

Alice Nováková is an Associate Researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague. Her research interests include feminist international relations and anti‑gender politics, with a focus on Germany’s Feminist Foreign Policy. She is a PhD student and junior researcher at the Institute of International Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, and a member of the university research centre Peace Research Center Prague (PRCP). She is also a research fellow at the Association for International Affairs (AMO).

She studied International Relations at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Mgr.). Between 2023 and 2025, she coordinated a project at the University of West Bohemia to promote gender equality in science and technology and collaborated on this agenda with the university ombudsperson’s team. During her doctoral studies at Charles University, she completed research stays at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf (July 2024), Stockholm University (November 2025), and the German think tank Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (April 2026).
