Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has triggered a wide range of debates in the international
society. While the war in Ukraine is crystallizing the divide between democratic and
authoritarian countries, it has also shaken global energy markets. In this regard, this year’s
conference will focus on the war in Ukraine and its impact on the world order and energy
security, supply-chain, and possible cooperation between the ROK and Europe.
