Jiří Mach works as the Director of Operations and External Relations at the Institute of International Relations. He also serves and the Honorary Chairperson of the Future European Leaders Forum, part of Prague European Summit, which aims to teach EU-engaged young individuals policy and advocacy skills and enables dialogue with various stakeholders. He completed his master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Prague University of Economics and Business, has undertaken a study stay at the University of Hamburg and an internship at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU in Brussels before joining IIR. He is currently enrolled in a Master’s programme New Media Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University with MA thesis focused on simulations and wargaming in public institutions.
